Calgary parents, we hear you. Long before our boys were old enough for camps, we listened to parents talk about the chaos of summer camp registration: the cost, the spreadsheets, the early logins, the scramble to discover new programs, and the heartbreak of missing the popular ones. And then we lived it ourselves. Every January, it feels like a tiny piece of our soul evaporates as we try to navigate the time-consuming, pain-in-the-butt summer camp registration process.

Then came PD Days. And Fall Break. And the slow realization that "no school" happens a lot more than twice a year.

We knew there had to be a better way. And who better to build it than a mom who knows the struggle inside and out? Am I a web developer? Nope. Do I fully know what I've gotten myself into? Also no. But it's absolutely worth a shot. Little Compass won't solve every problem, but my hope is that it makes the first step of camp planning simpler, calmer, and leads you in the right direction.
