Where we're at. We launched May 11, 2026, after most families had already sorted summer. On September 20 we launched the Day-Off Compass, one page with camps for every PD Day and school break for CBE and CCSD families. It quickly became our most visited camp page, and about 1 in 7 of its visitors clicked through to a camp's website. Every season, we promote it with a marketing plan that includes social media, our Camp Guides, and strategic paid ads, so parents keep finding it. Little Compass is made by a Calgary mom with a background in marketing and communications.

Includes The Nov 27 PD Day (CBE + CCSD) and Winter Break, Dec 19 to Jan 3. Parents look for holiday camps through November and December.
Spring
Jan 4 to Apr 4
Includes PD Days from Jan 29 to Mar 19, Teachers' Convention (Feb 11 to 12) and Spring Break. Boards don't line up this year: CBE is off Mar 20 to 29, CCSD is off Mar 26 to Apr 4.
